Emaho has a new website!

All about the new website
At Emaho Foundation, we believe in nurturing the full potential of our human spirit—through meditation, compassionate action, and also through meaningful engagement with our modern world. The symbol of Emaho Foundation—a stylized lotus emblem that captures the essence of joy, wonder, and spiritual blossoming embodied by their name “Emaho”—a Sanskrit expression used as an invocation for auspiciousness.
Emaho Foundation, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is a Tibetan Buddhist nonprofit center founded in 2001 by ZaChoeje Rinpoche. It aims to radiate Tibetan culture across the West, support humanitarian initiatives internationally, and foster individuals’ spiritual growth. Guided by values of nonviolence, wisdom, compassion, and joy, the organization embraces the six perfections—generosity, ethics, patience, enthusiasm, concentration, and understanding—as its foundational principles.
Emaho’s humanitarian outreach spans local and global efforts, from providing school uniforms and meals for children in Rinpoche’s Tehor region in Tibet, to aiding monks, nuns, and preserving sacred architecture. Locally, in collaboration with the Mom’s Pantry Food Bank to alleviate food insecurity. Culturally, the foundation nurtures Tibetan arts, language, youth programming, raising awareness about Tibetan philosophy and the diaspora experience.
Spiritually, ZaChoeje Rinpoche leads a vibrant community through teachings, meditations, workshops, retreats, and empowerments—both in-person and online—serving individuals locally and across the globe. Emaho Foundation stands as a sanctuary of cultural preservation and spiritual cultivation, committed to uplifting individuals and communities through compassion, mindfulness, and the timeless wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism.
