Dharma teachings and practice texts are shared for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish teachings without express written permission from Emaho Foundation.
Donations
Emaho Foundation is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations made through the Site are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
- All donations are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for duplicate or erroneous transactions. To request a refund, contact us at mail@emahofoundation.org within 30 days of the transaction.
- Donation receipts are provided by email for tax purposes.
- We reserve the right to refuse or return any donation at our discretion.
Event Registration
Registration for meditations, workshops, and retreats is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be notified and any fees will be refunded.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The dharma teachings, meditation instructions, and wellness information provided on this Site are for educational and spiritual purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emaho Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any programs or events.
